Tucker earned his BS and MS in Economics, and Ph.D. in Business Economics at Lehigh University. At Lehigh, he co-chaired econometric forecasting model projects for the industry. Much of his career was with IBM in economic and product forecasting and product management. Later he directed an online economic information service at a corporate membership organization. Since joining Oldham Resource Group, Tucker has developed analytical performance modeling to identify top investment companies for client portfolio allocations.
